Ayurveda for Vata Season
Happy Harvest. Autumn is the season of movement and transition as change swirls through the air the elements can be drying, depleting and our skin lackluster but w/ the right combinations of Ayurvedic self care practices we can achieve a warm, balanced, grounding experience this Fall. Join us as we explore these ancient rituals. Attendees will formulate their own Vata balancing body serum to take home. We will offer a hand repairing treatment to kick off the class and a raffle drawing to close with a chance to win a holistic facial, and other luxurious beauty goods.
